Will we be so "lucky" to survive the predicament?
If there is no 2013, I hope that:
1) there's a "forgive but not forget" button residing in me, so that I will not forget about the pain/ hurt.. This STM (short term memory) of mine is making me so optimistic about everything around me. Is it a blessing in disguise?

2) U will be happie, healthy and blessed with all the wonderful things in life.

3) there is a place I can call my own, be finally at ease with everything.

it's my 3rd trip here this year, within a short span of 4 months.

Used to like hk alot but i guess, adoration for some things will wear off overtime.

happiness in abundance when i amused at my shopping bags.

Dear pals,

I almost cried at the fact that I can't login to my blogspot home to type this entry! It was only after umpteenth tries, that I managed to match the correct password and user ID. Diao, think age is getting up on me and should jot down impt details like these in my notebook. =)

However, everything is meant to be! I was fated to pen down this entry, by hook or by crook? haha.. Anyways, some updates about myself after not writing for so so long again..

Ever wonder why certain things happen in our life? When happiness knocks on your door, have you wondered why they knock? When shits happen, do you question why they appear and make you feel so uncomfortable? These are some random thots which ran through my mind.

We tend to question so much about life that we ignore the beauty of the unknown. Everything happens for a reason, but I believe we do not need to know every single reason. Read if off from a book: " Life's a delicious ambiguity". Yeah, I truly appreciate the essence of this statement. Oiishi ne! Life can be as bad as you think, but it can also be as amighty as you wish it to be! Changing perception is the key. Be forthcoming about changes, and be accepting of the shit that happened. Maybe someone is trying to tell you a sign? Maybe everything was already planned for by someone? And there's also possibility that things are not as bad as what they seemed to be now.

Reading another book that is entitled "Love youself, see through others" (Literally translated from Chinese wordings). The book is filled with stories of how great man succeed in life, and how postitive attitude towards oneself can create such an immense power to change our present circumstances. We are the dictators of our lives, and only we can create the change we want to see in ourselves. I still have a long way before I reach the last page of the book, and it serves as my "breakfast" as I take the long arduous journey to work (or numerous trainings which many of my closed frenz would know).

I take great pleasure in doing the things which I am currently engaged in. Never had I allowed regrets to flow into my life and I am proud to say that I am still maintaining that record. It was definitely a beautiful memory of my life thus far, and I wanna thank my bestie, sistas and tons of pals who were there, being very supportive and encouraging all these while. I may never thank you all enough and I am truly loving these moments!

Love is a thing of comfort. Since time immemorial, humans have had a fundamental need for love, which leads us to form relationships. We never outgrow the need for others because it is only in human relationships that we can engage in mutual self-disclosure and consensual respect.

When there is intimacy in the relationship and nurture as well, we call that love. People who form stable love relationships are those who can balance the giving of affection, care and nurture with their own need for receiving them in return.

While things never satisfy permanently, opening ourselves to another and receiving the other unconditionally can. Only persons can engage in this reciprocity, affirming and being affirmed by one another. I think the young may learn to transcend mistrust if they come to understand that in the communion with another, one's individuality remains intact and is respected, even bolstered.

Relationships shape our identities. We are not so much atomistic individuals as beings in relationships. One becomes whole in relationships; and in an exclusive love relationship between a man and a woman, one becomes fully whole.

A Wedding Affair

Attended yet another nice wedding this evening..
Had a lot of mixed feelings..

Do we really need to find a soulmate/ husband in our life?
Can we find that person that u can trust and be trusted with?
Is there really someone out there for u?

If all the answers to the above qns are yes,
then my next query is how do u know who is that person?
How many wrong ones must appear in your life before the right one appears?

Maybe there is never a right one, but a rightfully yours.
Many ppl are married, yet there are equally as many ppl who choose singlehood.
Maybe disappointment make them choose the latter path..
Maybe reality make them want to remain single.

Undeniably, it's a great feeling to be in love and be loved in return.
However, in a r/s, to demand no expectations, freedom and even facing up to reality is difficult at times.

We all need high level of tolerance, to turn blind eyes to things which we dun like to see/ hear.
We need to compromise, and sometimes even mean that we have to sacrifice.

No man is an island, we all need companionship.
But if companionship entails losing of personal freedom and space, maybe wat we need is more than companionship.

It seems to easy to fall in love, then plan for marriage, then finally having lotsa kids running ard the hse.

Like how the river flows, and how the sun will rise again the next day.

I believe there are really happy marriage out there and blissful couples who stay through thick and thin.

Will I find my happiness one day?

Enjoyed a week of celebrations and still enjoying every memories of it..

Spent it with the one I love dearly, the ones I chatted oftenly, the ones I bitched to frequently and the ones I respected faithfully. T

The celebrations and well-wishings just made me realised how never alone I will always be.

Coz you all will always be there for me.

It really felt as if the whole week was a turning point for me, as I realised how life can be so wonderfully perfect if we were to just be happie without any conditions. People never fail to amaze or disappoint you, but YOU have the choice to be indifferent and remain happie from the bottom of your heart.

I had the most supportive group of frenz and family members. And of course, My Dear! He had put in so much effort to make my birthday as if it is the most important day of 2007. I was pampered like a princess and every present from him was so well-thought of, and Xiaobai is really cute! =p Dear, even if there wasn't a surprise package at the FullertOn, and even if everything else fails, you, being there on that day, is really more than enough.

Being appreciative is an understatement to how I really felt thus far. And most importanty, thanks for being happie from the bottom of your heart...

Hey!

Lazy me decided to blog again after procrastinating for some time. Bestie has been nagging at me and so I am here now to update u guys about my current situation.

Life's been really kind on me and my relationship with Ah Bian's owner. May was like a breeze and June is looking good too. Maybe it's the summer sun plus the off-peak mood that made everything else seemed less irritable. Maybe.

Work is still very mundane and I did not sign up for something which I wanna to initially. Coz I think my priorities have somewhat changed, and I did not wanna go for something half-heartedly. Though I would really like to work overseas, it's not really wise to leave now when I've so much else that I wanna accomplish here 1st.

Frenz around me are getting on quite well too, from the occasional chats and blog updates. It really feels like this year's summer sun is so comfy and every1 is in the mood to pick up new hobbies and soak themselves in the sun.

So looking forward to the end of june as I await my (hopefully fat) bonus. =)

The Laotian people believe in one true love.
In life thus, Laotians can only say they love someone once and they must mean it.
As a result, once this profession of love has been made, it is expected one marries and lives and protects eachother forever.
When a man knows he has found his love, he must pay for his wife and can not have a girlfriend unless he pays the family $50 to $100 dollars which is a fortune here.
If a man is caught kissing a women before this dowry has been made, the man must pay the family for the kiss.
If a man can not afford to pay the family, his family will find a girl and arrange the deal for you. Until then, men must not been seen with girls.
Thus, the Laotian police are also very strict on affairs of lust.
It is illegal to watch illicit TV or videos.
This belief system makes Laos very different from other South East Asian countries, for instance Thailand and Vietnam, which have made million dollar industries from controversial exploits.
The strong belief in love and family and obligation is a root of this family structure; Thus this is a naïve utopia of sorts- where the love is forever and family comes first and while these customs may seem unforgiving for a modern cosmopolitan soul, it fosters a sense of commitment and satisfaction amongst the family system here.

Traveler to Laos will never forget the Loatian smile.
The locals here live in a standard that most would consider improverished and yet they display immense, peaceful smiles on their faces.
The ideas of capitalistic tourism has not arrived here (neither has DVDs or cellphones really, except for in some hotels) and thus, travelers can be assured they will not be haggled, instead allured by the laid-back and kind-hearted people of Luang Prabang. Just like how I waited for my present company to offer job positions during my internship and I went for interview bravely though I know how slim a chance I might get it.

Just like I was so lost in USA and I manage to find my own way out of the scary workplace and had one of the greatest time of my life travelling.

More amazingly, just like how my dear came into my life and change my lifestyle in an unknowing manner.

And we acutally had the chance to work together when the probability of it happening is acutally so small...

Is it a sign?

We might not even have a chance to be more than friends, if I haven't come back from the program earlier.

We might not even chat already if I haven't gone for exchange.

We might not even meet if I haven't gone for the voluntary camp.

just tried the matcha ice cream from this brand. my comment will be that it's a tad too bitter, would have been nicer if it's a little sweeter. However, it's really a refresher from the hot and humid weather near my current workplace.

P.S. Darling's cousin restaurant ice cream is comparable to this. And it's more value-for-money. So dun try this ice cream unless u think u wanna burn a small hole in your pocket. =p

I never know that life can be so simply satisfied with just a plate of fried wanton covered with pasta like sauce.

My Vietnam trip was an eye-opener indeed. I never tot I'll love the villages and not even believe that I could survive the tough weather and traffic.

I'm finally home.

And just about an hour or so, I'll be starting a new chapter of my life.

my 2006 national day was spent with this great senior and her fren, Keling and Dew at the esplanade! WoohoO! Happie National day peeps! Though i din get to see the intended fireworks (really disappointed, and i was being blamed for this grave mistake :(, sorry frenz! ) , I had a truly fulfilling celebration of our nation's 41st birthday in Singapore! So glad that I've made the choice to come back home, and not spend it elsewhere. I still recalled how I tried my best to view the national day parade online while I was having exchange program in Sydney 2 years ago. My fren and I were squinting our eyes and glued to the monitor, just to see the lousy quality of the live telecast of NDP2004, with occasional computer hangs! argh!! Therefore, Nothing beats home man!!

Ooh..just realised that it's slightly more than a month since I'm back in Singapore.

So many things have had happened ever since 27th June.

I've experienced a roller-coaster ride relationship; bought a new digi cam; watched 7movies, 1 RA movie (almost all movies watched at the new Cath@y); temping around, met new great pals, chilling out at Clarke quay on most nites, went to a boardgame cafe, attended convo ceremony, convo ball, planned another overseas trip, mentoring at Grace Haven, attended pri sch gathering, ger's outings, dates, countless meals with my bestie, Weili, visits to my relatives' places, and most imptly, i've managed to spend quality time with my Daddy and Mammy!

I love changes and I'm constantly seeking new challanges. Am I an adrenaline junkie? ehehe.. August gonna be another long journey. Hopefully it'll be a hit too!

Yeah! 25th July marked the day when I finally graduated from the ulu NTU!

Despite the unfrenly slopes, boring lecturers, never-ending tutorials, and untasty canteen food, NTU is a place where I found many new and ever-lasting frenship!

Boo...all good things must alwayz come to an end but I'm really glad that the end was such a memorable one.

My Grad Trip 2006

Bonjour!~ Finally I'm free and energetic enough to pen down some tots on my grad trip.

It began on 18th May, and ended sweetly on 27th June, almost midnite.

It's a long long journey and I think i've learnt a great deal about life through it.

Taipei is really a place known for its sumptuous and sinful delicacy. However, most of them are fried food that's sold by the roadside. I did not try those roadside stalls becoz I tot they're quite unhealthy and unhygienic. But ShiLin is a MUZ! I had my 1st taste of the "smelly Beancurd" and "coffin bread" at the crowded and happening place~ Shopping in Taipei is about the same experience in S'pore. Spend lavishly and u'll feel the pang. But the earrings sold there were just too irresistible! Bought 10 pairs of exotic earrings becoz they dun come in a pair. Each of my earring is unique by itself. Oooohh! I like their clothes design too although their material used wasn't that fantastic. The ppl are quite frenly, mayb because we know how to speak their native language. All in all, I had the best of my time iN Taipei becoz of the TRIPPIeS! Lub u BABES! Brought me so much fun and laughter, even into the nite, when I always can't fall asleep becoz the hotel bed was just too hard and uncomfortable! OucH!*
And it's wonderous how this trip had brought us closer. Though the 3 of us were hallmates, I was never really that close to Celine. Thanks for this opportunity, I got to know her much better and saw the fun sides of her. And I've to thanks Jiamei for giving up her chance to go Taipei toO~

US was a roller-coaster ride journey! Did not expect the experience in the amusement park to be that horrible and I would not like to be reminded of those times on cyberspace. Thus i'll only pen down the pleasant memories I shared with my bestie in US. I must thank our guardian angels for looking after us throughout this journey. Without them, we would not be able to leave our workplace so smoothly and be able to travel US at the same time. It's really a lot of luck. The ppl we met were so kind and helpful. We wouldn't know what to do without those aids. Eastern US is much more city-like, esp NY and Boston. WDC is quite museum-ish.. and penn, virginia, buffalo, phil, are more countryside looking. I like the balance struck in btw my travellings. Not too much of the city sceneries pls. And Nigara Falls are simply awesome! I cannot imagine myself missing that pitt stoP! If u think that tax in S'pore is high, try NY. I think most of my money has gone to their battles in IrAQ. But i really luv the broadway musicals~ If i have more time (though I've spent a week in NY), i'll definitely catch all of the famous broadways and indulge myself with all the great performances. Most of all, I luv Boston! Though we only spent 2 days there, it was enough in my opinion. Boston is quite cosmopolitan and it's not as dirty as NY. I think there's a perfect balance stuck btw the arts and sci in tat small city. I luv the cows artefacts being scattered around the streets. It just felt so vibrant and artistic!

Ooops.. just realised tat i'm going to be late for lunch..shld continue my rantings soon.. Ciaoz~

I miss all of you! And I know you all miss me too!!! ;)

This grad trip to Taiwan, US and Korea was filled with ups and downs. Though I had a bad experience initially in the amusement park which I was attached to, the fun which followed after was enough to make up for the loss.

Felt weird after being absent from the blogging sphere for sucha long time. (although it's not my 1st hiatus) When you are overseas, you will not have the energy to blog even though there's internet connections becoz u're too tired after a day of walking and shopping. When you're back home, the amount of laundry and unpacking just continue to put you off from the internet. hahaz.. but now, I'm finally having some inspirations and time to type this entry leisurely in front of my lappie.

My life is almost perfect. Travelled half of the globe even b4 I turned 22. Suddenly felt that if there's anything i could still ask for, that would be world peace. Seriously. It's not a beauty pageant cliche or wat, just tat I realised that there're too many unfairness and prejudicies on Earth. I wanna repay the kindness showered on me by kind strangers/ acquaintances and new-found travelling buddies. If you all ever come to S'pore, I'll be most honoured to show you around our small island! =)

Gonna have such a long long vacations.. from last weds to the end of Sept. What an indulgence and I'm loving every moment of it. It's kinda one of the last few long holidays which I'll be able to enjoy in my life, so I'm definitely not going to waste any bit of it.

the PoseiDon was quite a nerve-wrecking movie to watch. U wonder who will die next. it had a bit of Final Destination feeling but there were many touching scenes of frenship, brotherhood, luv between dad and daughter, luv between mum and son, luv between sister and brother, and not forgetting romantic luv. A nice short movie to catch if u're free but I wun rate it as a must-watch.

Cutting hair at Shunji Matsuo was a pure relaxing experience. My stylist was so gentle with me. The massage she gave to my head while washing my hair was so comfy tat I almost fell asleep for the 1st time when I'm cutting my hair. Oohh.. I'm back to short fringe but still keeping my hair at shoulder length and below. Couldn't bear my whole head of hair to be nipped off! But the weather nowadays is juz too hot to be bearable!! ARghhhh..

Chomp chomp feast is never complete without bbq chicken wings, stingray, satay, "5 flavours" (in dialect), and great accompany of friends! THanks hh and frens for bringing more joy and laughter into my life and Thankew Qimin for those delicious, finger-licking good food! woohoo!

Time really flies! To think that my exam period stretched for almost a "decade" and now, it's gone. Yesh, it ended abruptly, in a sense that I've not recovered from the studying mode. I dreamt of myself studying for exams last nite. How sick can that be.

So, hopefully all that goes well, ends well. And I'm thankful for the short yet fun-filled experiences at the ulu west part of Singapore. Frenz, acquintances, workmates, projmates, and tok-cok mates have really spiced up my life during those boring school days. I'm pleased to say that some of my frenships have grown stronger through these years and I'm looking forward to forge even stronger ties with them. And how on earth can I do without my besties?!

Come the end of this month, I'll be starting a new chapter of my life in America. Hopefully more miracles will happen and stay for a long long time too... (')

Shall be spending the rest of my days in Singapore, catching up with long-lost frenz and consolidate my thoughts about the future. Ain't it thrilling?

Luv the music in the background to the max. It's the theme song of a jap drama serial. A soothing yet touching song. Too bad I'm not fluent in jap.

Maybe I should change it to "First Luv". It will provoke more emotions and I can sing it too..bwahaha..

I've a habit of studying on my piano during exams. It just felt so serene and if I've the urge to play the piano, I will just put my notes aside and play colourful music with it. I like to play by ear and just randomly play the songs I've been listening to. It's a really quick and efficient way to destress. My neighbour once commented that she enjoyed my music and she wanna learn the piano after listening to mine. =)

Though it's only black and white, there are 88 different notes and by permutations, you could get so many chords and pieces of great music just by mixing the keys up. Interesting toy indeed! I luv my old toy.

I drew a Bobdog today!!

It's a silly title but I wanna show off my new-found capability in drawing..bwhahaa..

It's becoz of my little ger, Qiuting, at Grace Haven. She was feeling upset about being bullied. Hence, I wanna cheer her up by drawing all kinds of cartoons which I know but it's all limited to my favourite--Garfield. After much persuasion and encouragement, I gave in to her request and doodled on a small piece of paper. As a result, my 1st Bobdog looked a bit too chubby and gigantic, it filled almost half of the paper that I was provided with..hahaz.. So I decided to improvise. This time, I drew a sleeping Bobdog. The eyes were so KAWAII!! Qiuting saw my sleeping dog and she was so impressed! Immediately, she asked me to transfer my artistic skills onto another piece of paper, which she claimed she's gonna paste on her locker. Oops...! So paiseh, my poor illustrations of Garfield and Bobdog would be her motivations during this exam time. As a consolation, I gave her stickers to decorate her papers. Bwahaha..speaking of innovations..

I'm just so happy after every visit to the home. Lalalalla.......=)

Examination time= reflection time

I've been having reminiscenes of my happy times in Australia. Though the period of time spent in Sydney was short, memories were overflowing. My new found friends, acquaintances, strangers and even the blossoming trees and irritating flies were fond memories. Looking at the photos, I could not sense any sadness except for the time when I bade farewell to my friends and family members on the day of departure. Though it was a solo journey, I had the happiest moments of my life, doing crazy things and rational times weren't frequent. My asian gang was my pillar of support and DLC was my refuge. Sylvia, Esther, Wee Teck, Johnathan were most kind to me in university, bringing endless laughter to my mundane undergraduate life. Gloria, Muriel, Ji hye, Sayaka and Maria taught me lessons on international friendship. Though we were strangers initially and totally oblivious to one another's cultures and habits, we were such close friends, motivating one another during periods of difficulties. I could not thank my guardian angel enough for exposing me to such great pals!D

It is only during revision time for examination would make one so nostalgic. Quick, i wan 10th may to come soon! I wan my freedom~

Ain't enough for me to describe how it felt to be one of the crazy fans, screaming at his entrance and after every words he said. It's totally INSANE, OUT-oF-CONTROL!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! So I think photos and maybe video which I took on that day would be a better testimonial to my behaviour on that fateful day. oh ya, how can I forget to thank my bestie who fought her way through the crowd with me? She gave her "first" to LH!!

Back to reality, I'm all praises for this blogskin becoz it totally screams"ANGELA"! Look at the caption "Sky's the only limit". How apt! Can't believe that I'll be graduating in less than 10 days and I'll be taking to the sky for a long long time on a long long journey. The Carousel

Had a good time pampering myself yesterday. Bought LH's cd and got the pass to get his autograph this saturday!! =) Forgotten when's the last time that I'm so crazy..hahaz.. And I actually developed my digital photos! WOohOO~ I just love to ogle at pretty things! ;)

Next up, I "found" time to read magazines and an interesting book which explains my title. It's about these two person getting married just before the female lead left for her medical studies at Johns Hopkins. Despite the long-distance relationship, they were able to sustain their love for one another. During her stay at JH, she found out that she was pregnant and was worried that she could not continue her studies. Coupled with some unexpected events, she lost her baby too. Even the deepest love must weather life's demands. However, both of them braved through all the storms they've met and turned out to be stronger souls than ever. Forgiveness and faith must be at the heart of their journey together. I've especially taken a liking for this para which said, " I have come to believe that we do not walk alone in this life. There are others, fellow sojourners, whose journeys are interwoven with ours in seemingly random patterns, yet, in the end, have been carefully placed to reveal a remarkable tapestry."

So now, back to my exam piaing. Have a terrific weekend!

Wat a way to end off my day-------feeling restless

just watched the new channel 5 series on "Seoul Far Seoul GooD" and I am already fancinating about my trip to Korea in coming September!

If u're able to exert "control", u muz 1st eliminate its investment account and recognise any goodwill which arise out of it. Then if u din acquire it wholly, remember to account for MI! Next, please remember to depreciate any fair value differentials and test your goodwill for impairment annually. If u have any unrealised profits, pls also kindly eliminate it and its tax effects, and adjust ur net assests dutifully. As for dividend income, must eliminate too to avoid double counting. Arh, cannot forget to eliminate any intercompany transactions although they might have offsetting effects. And repeat the same procedures for subsequent years. Before declaring the end of consolidation, pls kindly do an analytical check on the MI to see whether the accounts balance. ;)

If u're juz only capable of exerting "significant influence", the procedure is less tedious. Just simply adjust your investment account accordingly reclassify dividend income as a reduction in investment. No line-by-line additions just present a single line item and put everything in "investment account". Then there's no difference between upstream and downstream transactions. Both muz be eliminated from the investment account. And remember that "share of profits b4 tax" and "share of tax expense" must be shown separately. Last but not least, also need to perform analytical check on the investment account.

I think it's fated that I'm going to Taiwan this year despite everything.

The one who gave me the chance to visit Taiwan is none other than Sun Xie Zhi.

Sounds irony rite?

And becoz of that, I'm going to tour from May to September! Wow! I'm amazed with the way which my travel plans have changed thus far.

So that will be it. From Taiwan, to New York, to Ohio, to Canada, to boston, back to New York and lastly to Korea. Mayb I would go to hongkong again after Korea. Been having dreams of HK.

That shall be my motivation to study for my final final exam in NTU! WOOHOO! Can't wait for May to come!

What do I want in my future guy?

decided to blog about this topic too after my bestie posted hers..

She tot it's a thrashy topic but I beg to differ..

Every1 has their ideals.. so why shouldn't we have some criteria in mind for our future guy?

Anyway, most close frens of mine should noe about my 5S criteria:

1) S- Sing
2) S- Swim
3) S- Sweet
4) S- Smart
5) S- Shuai!

Acutally it's a stupid criteria.. but I still prefer him to at least score well in the 1st 4...hahaz..

Shuai is a bonus but knowing how to sing and enjoy singing is a mUZ!

so if u happen to satisfy 80% of my criteria, I welcome u into my life!

...

But if there's a choice, I rather have a guy that dun Smoke, dun Swear, dun b too Sentitive, dun Sway easily, dun Slack too much..

Maybe it's the unpredictability of life that makes it fragile and yet at the same time, making it challenging.

Just look around you..

1.There are so many couples that are being created everyday and on the other hand, there are also as many couples which break up everyday.

2. There are so many newborns everyday, and ..so many deaths.

However, no matter what happens, u noe that there's a place called "home" which u can safely rely upon everytime reality fails u.

It juz hits u so badly that sometimes, crying out loud is the only way to minimise the pain.

But once tears are dried, sun will shine and life will also be back to normal.

Ever mentioned that I prefer sunset to sunrise?

Becoz dreams vanish once the sun rises.

Only when the sun sets, do dreams come true once again.

I've always believed that ppl are kind in nature. Why did they have to prove me wrong?

Though I've expected that she'll create havoc right from the start when i joined the group, I still cannot see eye-to-eye with her. She's a meanie. One who dun do her tutorials, one who dun attend lect and juz borrow lect notes. Why are her frens still so nice to her? Or why in the 1st place, does she still have a fren? And the worst thing is, she has a bf!!?!?!

Ida asked, "Angela, are u okie?" She had been asking me this qns for the past 2 weeks. Ting ting also suddenly showered concern. hahaz..and Paul thot I looked pale.

Maybe it's the impending stress built up from within which had caused me to look fragile? hahaz.. gone is the day when Angela can just board an airplane and fly to paradise.

However, I'm appreciative of my friends' concern and just wanna say a big thank you to every1 who had made my day. "Becoz of u, i'm no longer able to hold onto my misery." Some1 mentioned this to me a few years back. =)

the project which have dragged for 1 year is finally over! Yesh, from today onwards, I hope that I'll be barred from nonsense. This is definitely enough! Before I go insane with the lousy communications and stupid reasons for not doing and doing this and that. Can some1 pls ask them to shut uP!?!

If it's any consolation at all, my next 3 weeks will be packed! Yesh, packed with a report and 2 presentations, and top it up with some quizzes. that's the life in our uni, totally nonsensical, asking u to do everything near the end of the semester.

And I dearly miss the time spent when I've the time to ski, to chiong in a faraway land, away from the pressurizing workload in S'pore.

wow.. din realise that I've nt been blogging. my best fren reminded me last nite when we finally met up after 10 days.

despite being frens for 16 years, it's surprising that we only have increasing number of stuff to share. My energy and zest just come on whenever I chatted with her although I was feeling really sleepy and tired last nite. It might be the adrenaline.

She was feeling a sense of lost as her bro is getting married tomolo. I totally understand her feelings because I experienced this kind of feelings when my close cousin just got married. Although they're still contactable and living in S'pore, u'll just feel tat a part of u is leaving you and the sadness just falls in. ;) So ger, cheer up~ U'll get used to his absence at home and look forward to being an aunt soon!~

It really seemed like a break to me this week. Have been slacking around ever since last Friday when the break for Grp B students started. It's a good time for some self-reflection and "consolidation". How apt. Yan mei mei finally had some time for me and we went for a cozy dinner at Marina Square on weds. After which, chunli and I, together with a group of frenz, went to MOS. It was fun and we had some quality time together. Thanks babes and hunks! hahaz

Despite having only a few hours of sleep everynite, my 311 grp and I still have to present a case on the "buckies". It was a long and tedious case as the qns were sO "out of the norm". thankfully it's over! Looking forward to my last proj of the term and my uni life!
